Earlier this year, our Chester student-athlete, Ray Mackey visited the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Ray is currently studying for his final year of his BsC International Relations. He was recently selected by the University to visit the United Nations Headquarters with a group of students from his course.
“Thanks to the affiliation with the University of Chester, I was given the opportunity to travel to Geneva, Switzerland and visit the United Nations Headquarters. During the trip we sat in open meetings on Human Rights, we spoke to Diplomats and we were able to travel around the City and visit museums and enjoy their culture. It was a very good trip!” This is just one example of the hands-on experiences our international students receive through their course work. Congrats, Ray!
